Scandinavian Photo Illum in Copenhagen is hiring Store Sales Staff to join our brand new store team opening October 2026. You will meet customers in-store and via digital channels, helping with questions before, during, and after a purchase.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
Interest in helping people and finding the right solution.
Commercial mindset; sales is part of dialogue.
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Fluent Danish or Swedish; good English.

Responsibilities

Help and guide customers in-store and via phone, email, and digital channels.
Handle inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
Identify customer needs and recommend products, accessories, services, and solutions.
Contribute to sales by identifying opportunities during daily dialogues.
