Job summary

Scandinavian Photo Illum in Copenhagen is seeking Store Sales Staff to join our brand new Illum store opening in October 2026. You will welcome customers, answer questions, assist before, during, and after purchases, and guide them to the right products and services.

The role involves working across in-store and digital channels, with a rotating schedule 10:00–20:00, seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Commercial mindset and comfort with sales in dialogue.
• Fluency in Danish or Swedish and good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and via phone/email/digital channels.
• Answer product, order, delivery, payment, and return questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Contribute to daily sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Support knowledge sharing and routines within the team.
