Job summary

Sephora seeks a Trade Marketing Specialist Scandinavia to drive visual merchandising and in-store animation across Denmark and Sweden, collaborating with Retail, Offer, and Expansion teams to deliver standout customer experiences.

You will manage floor plans, furniture inventory, planograms, and local initiatives, travel within DENS region, and partner with suppliers to ensure timely production and installation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Trade Marketing focused on Visual Merchandising and Animation.
• Willing to travel.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong hands-on mentality.
• Comfortable in agile and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor plan management across stores and corners.
• Manage inventory of furniture.
• Update planograms and visual merchandising several times yearly.
• Create local initiatives for SALES execution and visibility.
• Lead trade marketing projects for store openings/remodels.
• Ensure signage and product displays follow visual merchandising concepts.
• Produce templates, signage, and printing files for merchandising.
• Coordinate with suppliers and installation.
