Job summary

SEPHORA Scandinavia is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to optimize visual merchandising and in-store animations. You will lead floor plan management, coordinate brand changes, manage furniture inventory, and drive local initiatives with the Retail and Expansion teams.

You will travel within DENS as needed and collaborate across markets to deliver retail excellence. The role demands 2–3 years in Trade Marketing with focus on VM and animation, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Trade Marketing with a focus on Visual Merchandising and Animation.
• Willing to travel across regions.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor plan management for stores and corners with the Retail team; coordinate brand ins & outs and fixture updates.
• Manage furniture inventory across stores and corners; ensure timely updates and installations.
• Execute planogram and visual merchandising updates 4–6 times per year; liaise with stores and suppliers.
