Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Creative Manager to lead packaging and product communication across projects, driving impactful visual storytelling. You will lead internal teams and partners from brief to final packaging, with in-office presence at least three days weekly under the Best of Both model.

You will craft visual identities for packaging, manage stakeholders, and push bold ideas while staying feasible in execution. Collaboration with LEGO designers and marketers is essential.
