Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital print production, large format printing, and operation of plotters and laser cutting equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Proven experience in managing production processes and budgets effectively.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in print production.
