Job summary

SAS is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle premium Nordic inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for high-value customers. The role involves assisting with ticket purchases, payments, and resolving travel issues, all from our Warsaw office.

You will work in Danish and English, require a patient, proactive, and accurate approach, and join a diverse, international team with strong coaching and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Helpful, collaborative spirit and professional demeanor.
• Excellent listening and clear communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willing to work from our Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Assist in purchasing airline tickets and handling payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls / chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers to build trust.
