Job summary

SAS is seeking a Facilities Coordinator based at Copenhagen Airport to act as the local REFM representative. You will coordinate workplace services, support suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure facilities run safely and efficiently to meet business needs.

Working with the REFM team and cross-functional partners, you will help create functional, inspiring workplaces for employees and visitors while coordinating projects and maintaining site documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Property Administration.
• Experience coordinating service providers and contractors.
• Knowledge of Danish construction regulations and standards.
• Experience supporting workplace improvements and minor projects.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations across SAS premises in Copenhagen.
• Handle facility-related service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate office moves, workstation changes, and workplace arrangements.
• Monitor cleanliness, waste management, and general workplace standards.
• Support meeting rooms, common areas, and employee facilities.
• Act as local point of contact for facility service providers and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Follow up on supplier performance and service levels, and support procurement activities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and support health, safety, security and environmental initiatives.
• Maintain facility information in relevant systems and assist with budget follow-up.
