Job summary

Menzies Aviation at Copenhagen Airport is seeking a hands-on GSE Officer to keep the fleet safe, reliable, and available for daily operations. You will inspect equipment, track defects, and ensure timely repairs, working closely with Ramp, maintenance providers, and suppliers.

You will report to the Ramp Manager and collaborate with the Regional GSE team, maintaining accurate fleet records while prioritising safety and operational efficiency. Danish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with vehicles or machinery.
• Ownership and follow-through on issues.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Keep overview of GSE fleet condition and availability.
• Regularly check equipment and follow up on defects and maintenance.
• Remove unsafe equipment from operation and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate with workshops and maintenance providers until back in operation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure proper servicing and follow-up.
• Be a visible GSE resource for Ramp and wider operation.
• Maintain fleet information and documentation up to date.
• Support quality checks after maintenance and repairs.
• Provide input on maintenance work and supplier invoices.
• Support new equipment trials, audits and improvement initiatives.
• Help maximise equipment use while prioritising safety.
