Job summary
Mascot is seeking a Product Manager to take commercial ownership of our workwear assortment within the Construction segment. You will translate customer needs, market insights and strategy into competitive, profitable products and manage development from concept to launch with cross‑functional teams.
Based in our Danish HQ in Pårup, you will monitor performance, optimize the assortment, develop USPs for marketing, and drive continuous improvements based on feedback and sustainability
Qualifications
- Solid experience in product management within technical textiles or workwear.
- Experience with market and competitor analysis and product requirements.
- Managed product development projects from concept to launch.
- Understanding of textile materials, functionality and technical product solutions.
- Commercial mindset with pricing, margins and product performance.
- Strong cross-functional communication across cultures.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and assess opportunities.
- Define product positioning, pricing and profitability.
- Drive development from concept to launch with multiple teams.
- Monitor sales, assortment performance and feedback.
- Provide clear product USPs to Marketing and Sales.
- Continuously optimize the Construction assortment.
