Mascot is seeking a Product Manager to own the workwear assortment and translate market needs into profitable products for professionals in industrial environments. You will link market insights with product development, drive from concept to launch, and monitor commercial performance after launch.

You will work with Design, Product Development, Purchasing & Quality, Production, Marketing and Sales to ensure the right balance of functionality, durability and market-fit.

Competenze

• Experience in product management and development within technical textiles or apparel – preferably workwear.
• Experience with market and competitor analysis, benchmarking and product requirements.
• Proven track record of managing product development projects from concept to launch.

• Analysing market trends, customer needs, competitors and developments in workwear and PPE.
• Identifying product opportunities and assessing market and commercial potential.
• Defining product positioning, requirements, pricing and profitability.
• Preparing clear product briefs and driving development from concept to launch.
