Mascot International Ltd in Odense is seeking a Product Manager to own the workwear assortment, translating market insights into competitive products for professionals in industrial environments.

You will bridge market needs with product development, coordinating with Design, Development, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Marketing and Sales to drive launches and optimize performance based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management and product development within technical textiles or apparel, ideally workwear.
• Experience with market and competitor analysis, benchmarking and defining product requirements.
• Strong understanding of materials, functionality and technical product solutions.
• Commercial mindset with pricing, margins and product performance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors in workwear and PPE for industrial environments.
• Identify product opportunities and assess market and commercial potential.
• Define product positioning, requirements, target pricing and profitability expectations.
• Prepare clear product briefs and drive development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Design and technical teams to balance functionality, durability, comfort and market needs.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure progress and timely launches.
• Build business cases and support commercial decisions for new products.
• Monitor sales, profitability, assortment performance and feedback to drive actions.
• Drive continuous product improvements based on end-user feedback and sustainability.
• Develop and optimize the industry assortment through product updates and phase-outs.
• Provide clear product USPs and commercial input to Marketing and Sales.
