Starwood Hotels is seeking a Concierge for the 1 Hotel Copenhagen. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering memorable experiences for every guest and ensuring smooth operations across front desk and guest services.

Join a luxury team focused on local knowledge, exceptional communication, and a calm, professional demeanor. You’ll assist with guest requests, manage reservations, and help maintain high service standards in a fast-paced 24-hour operation.

Qualificações

• Experience in Concierge or Guest Service in a luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, nightlife, theatres, and landmarks.
• Familiar with HMS and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Able to multitask under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Cash handling and computerized register experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions and manage tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance aligned with brand standards.
• Willing to work a 24-hour operation including holidays and weekends.
• Additional language skills are preferred but not required.

Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure will be key in delivering the outstanding service that 1 Hotel is known for. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong knowledge of local attractions, we want to hear from you!

About you…

• Previous experience in a Concierge or Guest Service role in a luxury hotel.
• Highly knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment, including theatres, and city landmarks.
• Comfortable with technology and systems, including the Hotel Management System (HMS) and devices, and capable of learning new tools quickly.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
• Professional with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong math skills and knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized register systems.
• Fluent in both oral and written English, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow verbal/written instructions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to maintain composure in stressful situations and effectively resolve conflicts with guests or team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with 1 Hotel’s brand and culture.
• Flexible to work a 24-hour operation, including holidays and weekends, to meet the business needs of the hotel.
• Additional language skills are preferred but not required.
