Job summary

Starwood Hotels’ 1 Hotel Copenhagen seeks a passionate, organised Food & Beverage Coordinator to keep daily F&B operations running smoothly and to support payroll and purchasing.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with the F&B leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordinating or operational support roles.
• Hospitality or F&B background preferred.
• Comfortable preparing schedules and maintaining attendance records.
• Experience with Timegrip, Workday and BirchStreet is a plus; able to learn new systems.
• Good numbers sense and ability to work with reports and purchasing data.
• Willing to understand collective agreements and scheduling guidelines.
• Clear English communication.

We’re looking for a passionate, organised and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things run smoothly.

Working closely with our F&B leadership team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating team schedules, supporting payroll and purchasing processes, and keeping daily administration on track. With your eye for detail and proactive approach, you’ll help create the structure and support that allows our F&B teams to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

About you…

• You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy bringing clarity to a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience in an administrative, coordinating or operational support role, ideally within hospitality or F&B.
• You’re comfortable preparing schedules, coordinating changes and keeping accurate records of working hours and attendance.
• Experience with Timegrip, Workday and BirchStreet are an advantage, and you’re confident learning new systems and processes.
• You have a good understanding of numbers and enjoy working with reports, purchasing information and administrative follow-up.
• As we operate under a collective bargaining agreement, previous knowledge of collective agreements is a plus. Equally important is your willingness to understand the relevant guidelines and apply them thoughtfully in day-to-day scheduling.
• You communicate clearly in English.
• You are solution-oriented, enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in following tasks through to completion.
