Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a warm, inspiring and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at 1 Hotel Copenhagen. You’ll lead the heart of our F&B operation, shaping the guest experience and driving teams to deliver memorable service.

With a luxury hotel background, you’ll oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting and events, mentor staff, and champion guest-focused hospitality while embracing our nature-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience from a luxury hotel setting is a great asset.
• A natural and inspiring leader who brings out the best in people.
• Warm, genuine and guest-focused, with a passion for hospitality.
• Hands-on and visible in the operation, leading by example.
• Experience working with a Danish collective agreement and knowledge about the applicable scheduling rules.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple F&B areas, such as restaurants, bars, banqueting and events.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview in a busy environment.
• A great communicator who builds strong relationships across teams.
• Confident in handling challenges and creating positive solutions.
• Passionate about food, beverage, people and creating experiences guests remember.
• Flexible and comfortable working weekends, holidays and varied hours when needed.
