Job summary

Zoku Copenhagen is seeking a Community Events & Partnerships Manager to shape our local scene, collaborate with Amsterdam, Vienna and Paris teams, and report to the General Manager. This is a hands-on, strategic hospitality role for someone who loves bringing people together and building meaningful partnerships.

You'll manage brand partnerships, curate events, oversee the Co-Working community, and welcome long-stay residents while ensuring Copenhagen feels like home.

Qualifications

• Background in community building or events management with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience managing memberships or client-facing communities (e.g. coworking, social clubs, start-ups, or hospitality brands).
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships, ideally with local brands or networks.
• Track record of organizing small- and medium-scale events (community rituals to public events).
• Good understanding of Copenhagen's local scene and staying up to date with what's happening in the city.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a big plus.
• You are an EU resident or have a valid permit for Denmark including CPR.
• You love to work, full-time (37 hours).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming long-stay residents and connecting coworkers over coffee, and shaping major events with local brand partners.
• Manage our Co-Working community and curate events with local and global partners to drive awareness and calendar bookings.
• Act as Copenhagen scene connector, spotting trends and turning online communities into offline gatherings.
• Oversee Co-Working memberships, onboarding new members, and organizing engagement rituals.
• Ensure residents feel supported, connected, and at home during their stay.
• Foster an inclusive, informal, and welcoming atmosphere within Zoku Copenhagen.
