Job summary

Zoku offers a Duty Manager Internship starting February 2027 in Copenhagen. You’ll act as a central coordinator, supporting the floor crew and guests, from bar service to handling complaints and coordinating tasks.

You’ll coach the team, uphold Zoku values, and help with schedules and daily operations. The role covers Rooms Division and F&B, with responsibilities including coordinating housekeeping, reservations, and payments, while you gain hands-on leadership experience in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university and must complete a managerial internship (min. 6 months).
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• EU resident or valid Denmark work permit.
• Available to start February 2027; 6 or 10 month duration.
• Able to relocate to Copenhagen; accommodation not provided.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a smooth operator on the floor, support the Sidekicks, handle resident requests and ensure Zoku experience.
• Act as trouble shooter, coordinate maintenance tasks, and follow safety procedures.
• Coach and train the operational team, update working schedules, and live Zoku values.
• Handle Rooms Division and F&B matters, liaison with outsourced housekeeping, manage reservations and payments.
