Job summary

Zoku Copenhagen is hiring a Community Events & Partnerships Manager to build the local partnerships, curate events, and grow a thriving community for residents and coworkers. You’ll collaborate with teams across Amsterdam, Vienna, and Paris, shaping a calendar of events and programs that connect locals with global brands.

You will need at least two years in community or events roles, strong English, and a passion for connecting people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar community/events role.
• Experience managing memberships or client-facing communities (coworking, social clubs, or hospitality).
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships, ideally with local brands or networks.
• Track record of organizing small- to mid-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome long-stay residents and connect coworkers over activities.
• Shape and manage events with local brand partners.
• Oversee co-working community and curate engagement rituals.
• Onboard residents staying 2+ weeks and ensure they feel at home.
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere within the community.
