Job summary

Zoku in Copenhagen is offering a Duty Manager Internship starting February 2027. You’ll act as the spider in the web, coaching the Sidekicks and keeping operations running smoothly while delivering the quintessential Zoku experience.

This hands-on role blends hospitality, on-the-floor leadership, and problem solving. English fluency is required; EU residency or valid Denmark permit; internship lasts 6 or 10 months with relocation to Copenhagen (accommodation not provided); monthly internship

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at university and do a mandatory managerial internship (min. 6 months).
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• EU resident or valid Denmark work permit.
• Available to start February 2027; internship can be 6 or 10 months.
• Willing to relocate to Copenhagen (accommodation not provided).
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a smooth operator on the floor, supporting the Sidekicks to deliver the Zoku experience.
• Trouble shooter during shifts; coordinate maintenance and ensure safety procedures.
• Coach, guide and train the operational team and assist with schedules.
• Handle Rooms Division and F&B matters; coordinate with outsourced housekeeping and reservations.
