Job summary

Secomea is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for one of our Cloud teams, reporting to the VP of Engineering. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people leadership to guide an expanding, international engineering organization.

You will work closely with UX, Product Management, and other engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud services with enterprise-grade governance and reliability for industrial customers worldwide.

Qualifications

Strong background in software engineering with distributed systems experience
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on
Experience designing and delivering scalable cloud services
Proficiency with C#/.NET and Azure
Experience building secure, well-documented APIs and collaborating with UX/PM teams

Responsibilities

Lead one cloud engineering team delivering the customer-facing heart of the platform
Design, review code, and contribute to architecture and production operations
Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance discussions
Collaborate with UX, Product Management, and other engineering teams to improve user experience and governance
Drive engineering excellence through architecture, quality, and continuous improvement
Help evolve technology organization and engineering practices
