Job summary

Secomea is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for one of our Cloud teams. You will lead a hands-on engineering org building the customer-facing heart of our cloud platform, focusing on identity, governance, secure access, APIs, and UX.

The role combines software engineering with people leadership, mentoring, hiring, performance reviews, and driving architecture, code quality, and reliability across distributed cloud systems.

Qualifications

• Senior technical contributor with hands-on leadership and mentoring.
• Strong background in .NET and modern cloud technologies.
• Experience building distributed software using .NET and Azure.
• Ability to translate customer needs into intuitive product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cloud team, balancing hands-on coding with people leadership.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews for quality.
• Collaborate with UX and Product Management to shape the product.
• Mentor engineers, drive hiring, and manage performance feedback.
