Job summary

Market Pay in Copenhagen is seeking a Boarding Specialist to join the onboarding team. You will own the customer journey from the moment Sales hands over a new customer and continue supporting them beyond go-live, ensuring setup runs smoothly and evolves with their needs.

Fluent in English and Danish, you’ll coordinate with acquiring partners and internal teams, manage deadlines and dependencies, and build trust with customers, colleagues, and merchants to move onboarding forward with clarity

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in onboarding, support or sales.
• Interest in payments or fintech and ability to learn quickly.
• Structured, thorough, and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Fluency in English and Danish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from handover through go-live and beyond.
• Set up and manage acquiring applications, merchant maintenance and KYC reviews.
• Guide customers through requirements and build trusted relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on timelines.
• Maintain momentum by managing deadlines, priorities and dependencies.
