Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen is seeking a Breakfast Chef for a temporary role in our kitchen team. You’ll help prepare and deliver a top-notch breakfast experience, collaborating with colleagues to ensure everything is ready for guests.

We value food enthusiasm and presentation, even if you’re not a trained chef. The shift is 04:30–14:00, with a 4-day workweek and a temporary contract from November 2026 to January 2027.

Qualifications

Are you an early riser who enjoys creating a great start to the day for our guests? We are looking for a Breakfast Chef for a temporary position to join our kitchen team at Admiral Hotel.

You don’t need to be a trained chef – what matters most is that you enjoy working with food, take pride in quality and presentation, and thrive in a busy kitchen environment.

The position

As part of our breakfast team, you will help prepare and deliver a high-quality breakfast experience for our guests. You will work closely with your colleagues in the kitchen and contribute to ensuring that everything is ready when our guests start their day.

Working hours: 04:30–14:00

Work schedule: 4-day working week

Position: Temporary employment from primo november 2026 to ultimo january 2027

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working with food – preferably from a hotel or professional kitchen
• Does not necessarily need to be a trained chef
• Is reliable and comfortable with early morning shifts
• Works efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Enjoy being part of a team and contributes with a positive attitude
• Takes responsibility and pride in delivering a great guest experience
