Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer marketing and brand management experience, ideally in FMCG; pharma experience is a plus.
• Strong marketing knowledge, financial understanding and data analytics skills.
• Excellent Danish or Norwegian and English language proficiency.
• Digital savviness and strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the regional center and local cross-functional teams to achieve financial sales targets for promoted products.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing and consumer engagement activities across channels (field, digital, email, social, partnerships).
• Execute the brand strategy according to the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP).
• Provide input to the local marketing plan, local activities, and customer insights.
• Plan, organize and lead sales cycle/training meetings to support brand objectives and Go-to-Market transformation.
• Monitor campaign performance and apply rapid learning and optimization to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical and field operations; conduct regular field visits to stay customer-focused and aware of the competitive landscape.
