Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Vans in Denmark seeks a commercially minded and technically skilled Senior Specialist for Bodybuilder Solutions, Digital Services & Charging to strengthen our position in the Danish market. You will be the primary local interface between Mercedes-Benz Vans, bodybuilders and dealers, ensuring technical, regulatory and business requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, transportation, bodybuilder/upfitter environments or related industries.
• Knowledge of homologation, regulatory requirements, charging concepts, fleet management solutions and connected services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local Mercedes-Benz Vans expert for bodybuilder solutions, vehicle conversions and customer-specific adaptations.
• Build and maintain relationships with bodybuilder partners, dealers and key stakeholders, supporting qualification, certification and compliance with relevant processes and guidelines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between headquarters, engineering teams, dealer organisations and local sales functions to meet market requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Provide guidance for daily business, public tenders and special vehicle projects, including governmental and other complex customer programmes.
• Drive the implementation and commercialisation of digital services and charging solutions for van customers, while contributing market insights and feedback to support future portfolio development.
