Job summary

Enduro Genetics, a Copenhagen-based synthetic biology company, is seeking a driven BD professional to map markets, identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities in biopharma and related sectors.

You will lead discovery calls, tailor pitches, and coordinate with our client delivery team to advance opportunities. Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus. On-site Copenhagen role with travel to conferences and client visits.

Qualifications

• Scientific background in biotechnology, molecular biology, bioprocessing or related field.
• 3–5 years in business development, technical sales or customer-facing role in biotech/biomanufacturing.
• Experience in selling, qualifying opportunities, presenting technical solutions and contributing to sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Map markets and target decision-makers in biopharma, CDMOs and bioindustrial companies.
• Run outbound prospecting and prioritise inbound leads.
• Conduct initial discovery and pitch meetings to assess fit and next steps.
• Represent Enduro at conferences and events and follow up with contacts.
• Develop pitch decks and customer-facing materials and coordinate proposals with delivery team.
