Novonesis is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial strategy for Biopharma Processing Aids. You will identify opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and build partnerships with biopharma companies, CDMOs, and technology providers across a matrixed organization.

You will translate complex technical insights into strategic business opportunities, lead multi-disciplinary projects, and represent the venture at conferences and negotiations.

Competenze

• Master’s degree and/or PhD in a life-science field (biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or engineering).
• 5+ years in business development, strategic project management, or similar roles in pharma/biotech/CDMO.
• Strong understanding of biopharma product development and translating technical insights into commercial opportunities.
• Experience working with external partners and navigating a matrixed organization.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills; fluent English in writing, conversation, and presentations.

• Identify and assess BD opportunities through market landscaping, customer and expert engagement, opportunity sizing, and strategic fit assessments.
• Develop go-to-market and pricing considerations; identify capabilities to scale opportunities.
• Build and manage partnerships and a strong external network across the biopharma landscape.
• Translate partner/customer needs into concrete innovation opportunities and commercially relevant solutions.
• Lead BD projects, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across Venture, R&D, Legal, and senior management.
• Plan and participate in strategic conferences and industry events; support partnership models and negotiations.
