As Strategic Account Partner, you will act as a central coordinator and trusted business partner to the Global Account Director, regional key account managers, functional experts, and customer stakeholders. You will create structure, maintain momentum, and ensure that opportunities, commitments, and day-to-day operations move forward effectively.

  • Preparing global account meetings, customer business reviews, executive updates, and decision materials.
  • Maintaining clear action tracking and ensuring effective follow-up across the account team.
Strengthening the customer partnership
  • Support strong working relationships with Nestlé procurement, operational, technical, and local market contacts.
  • Coordinating responses to customer requests, inquiries, and adequate documentation.
  • Connecting the right internal experts and ensuring timely, accurate, and aligned communication.
  • Supporting a consistent, high-quality internal account discipline across regions and functions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve collaboration, responsiveness, and value creation.
Supporting strategic growth initiatives
  • Contributing to the development and execution of global account plans.
  • Supporting strategic projects, growth initiatives, and cross-regional workstreams.
  • Tracking milestones, decisions, commitments, risks, and next steps.
  • Preparing analysis, presentations, and account insights for leadership and customer engagements.
  • Supporting the Global Account Director with priority initiatives and strategic reviews.
Ensuring governance and operational excellence
  • Supporting supply and commercial governance and helping resolve cross-functional execution issues.
  • Maintaining visibility of agreements, commitments, and key account processes.
  • Driving disciplined follow-up on business-critical actions.
  • Helping improve workflows, tools, governance routines, and strategic account best practices.
Managing customer documentation and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating customer documentation flows, including certificates of analysis, non-GMO declarations, Halal and Kosher documentation, material approval documents, and other quality or regulatory information.
  • Working closely with Quality, Regulatory, Business Support, and Legal to ensure complete and timely responses.
  • Monitoring open documentation requests and escalating risks where appropriate.
  • Promoting accuracy, consistency, and compliance in customer-facing information.
To succeed you must hold
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or another relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in account management, commercial support, customer engagement, customer service, industry supply management, supply chain, business operations, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Strong stakeholder and project-management capabilities, with the confidence to coordinate across functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.
  • Commercial curiosity and sound analytical skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The ability to prioritize, create structure, and deliver reliably in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
Furthermore, you likely bring
  • Experience supporting a strategic customer, multinational account, or complex cross-functional business.
  • Exposure to pricing, tenders, contracts, forecasting, supply chain coordination, documentation, or commercial governance.
