Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering and architecture experience in commerce-heavy environments.
• Experience turning strategy into technical reality via strong technical leadership.
• Education background in computer science, software engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve backend vision, architecture, and engineering standards.
• Lead design discussions, code reviews and technical deep dives with teams.
• Mentor engineers and sparring partners, guiding growth and quality.
• Support client conversations with architectural insight and credibility.
