Job summary

Spirii, a leading e‑mobility provider, seeks a Senior Tech Lead in Copenhagen to enable teams building scalable, secure software. You will shape architectural decisions, coach engineers, and ensure autonomous, high‑quality delivery across product and partners.

You will collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to sustain fast growth, empower teams, and drive DevOps practices in a cloud environment. This role emphasizes leadership and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience building microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and AWS.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and cloud deployment.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, queues, NoSQL datastores, and high-scale apps.
• Nice-to-have: Stripe, MobilePay, Financial Flows, OCPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural thinking and coach engineers to deliver scalable, secure software.
• Set technical intent and enable teams to make decisions independently.
• Collaborate with Product Trio and external partners for aligned roadmaps.
• Drive code quality, automated testing, and secure-by-design systems.
• Monitor system health, remove blockers, and improve delivery flow.
• Represent the team in Guilds and drive cross‑team collaboration.
