Job summary

The Tech Collective is seeking a senior full-stack consultant to join our Copenhagen office. You will lead technical workstreams, own delivery, and mentor teams across frontend and backend technologies.

We value architecture, quality, security and a curious mindset, with 5+ years in software development and a relevant MSc. Consulting experience and strong communication with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in full-stack software development.
• Strong architecture, security, and maintainability mindset.
• MSc in computer science or software engineering is mandatory.
• Based within commuting distance of Copenhagen office.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deliver software using modern engineering practices such as everything-as-code, CI/CD, and automation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping translate needs into practical solutions.
• Work across frontend and backend technologies, contributing to architecture and system design.
• Design, build, and operate platforms and infrastructure with clear, maintainable documentation.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor other developers through code reviews and pairing.
