LINDBERG, the luxury eyewear brand, invites a Customer Consultant to join our Aarhus-based Customer Service team. You will support our European B2B network and collaborate with colleagues across locations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional European languages seen as an asset. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Dynamics or similar) and a proactive, service-minded approach are highly valued in a fast-paced

Formación

• Fluent in French and English (both mandatory).
• Proficiency in at least one additional European language is a strong advantage (e.g. Italian, Danish, Portuguese, German).
• Experience in customer service within a B2B environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order flow in line with trade terms.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Support customers with technical information and order-related queries.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Proactively monitor and follow up on customer requests and open CRM cases.
• Ensure accurate tracking of information across systems.
