Job summary

UNICEF Copenhagen hub seeks a Technical Associate for Warehouse Management Systems and Controls. The role provides first-line support for WMS, WCS, and automation, monitoring system health, alarms, and interfaces.

You will diagnose incidents, coordinate recovery, and contribute to testing and documentation to sustain compliance and availability. The successful candidate will have at least six years in warehousing or logistics, with three years on WMS/WCS in automated settings, and hold relevant

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• At least three years supporting and troubleshooting WMS/WCS in automated environments.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and quality/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line functional and technical support for WMS, WCS, visualization, and related controls.
• Monitor system status, queues, interfaces, alarms; take corrective or escalated actions.
• Analyze incidents affecting order execution and inventory movements; diagnose faults.
• Coordinate controlled system recovery and verify operation after fixes.
• Support testing, documentation, and change-control for system updates; ensure compliance.
