Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and project management.
• Background in offshore/marine construction, dredging, or ports.
• Strong commercial mindset with client relationship skills.
• Experience with tendering, contract negotiations, and execution.
• German market experience is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Germany, Poland, and the Baltic states.
• Support tender processes and contract discussions.
• Establish relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Oversee projects and coordinate with international teams.
• Act as local representative for DBB Dredging.
