Saildrone Europe is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and capture opportunities in defence, maritime security, and related sectors. You will build relationships with defence and government stakeholders and drive adoption of Saildrone's autonomous maritime solutions in Germany and across Eastern Europe.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in defence, maritime, aerospace, or government sales.
- Proven track record in winning complex defence/government opportunities.
- Strong network across Germany's defence, maritime, and security sectors.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Germany and Europe.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Security Clearance in Germany.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute sales strategy across Germany and selected Eastern European countries.
- Identify, qualify, shape, and capture opportunities for autonomous maritime solutions.
- Lead customer engagements from opportunity to contract award.
- Build account strategies and long-term customer plans.
- Achieve annual sales targets and support regional growth.
