Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S is seeking an AI Track Lead for Global Operations to drive AI experimentation, coordinate cross-functional pilot teams, and ensure momentum and timely decisions.

You will own the process and cadence, define experiments, and report to Head of AI Execution, Mads Krarup. The role requires strong facilitation of workshops, sprint ceremonies, and data/resource alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with OKRs to set direction, prioritize focus, and evaluate outcomes.
• Experience applying scrum and agile practices to structure daily work and ceremonies.
• Ability to secure and manage required resources in constrained environments.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to connect use cases to measurable value.
• Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams across business, tech, and data.
• Clear, structured reasoning skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity into clear experiments and decisions.
• Experience in project and change management.
• Experience with experimentation, product development, innovation, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Structure and facilitate AI experimentation such as workshops, identify critical assumption to make decisions
• Manage the execution of pilot projects and plan and facilitate sprint ceremonies
• Create clarity and alignment on data and resources and focus on using the OKR framework
• Generate decision-ready learnings such as experiment results and synthesize insights and recommendations
