Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Senior AI Experience Strategist to connect employee needs, business priorities, and AI capabilities. You’ll guide adoption by turning research into actionable decisions and shaping employee-centered AI experiences across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with technical, business and enablement specialists, design workflows, test prototypes and run experiments to maximise value while maintaining trust and usability. Maternity cover, 1 year.

Qualifications

• Substantial expertise in experience strategy, service design, human-centred design, UX research or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex work independently, navigating ambiguity and setting clear priorities when information is incomplete.
• Ability to turn research into strategic recommendations with evidence-backed decisions.
• Clear communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with technical, business, AI and enablement specialists across perspectives.
• Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with focus on trust and usability.

Responsibilities

• Research employees’ needs, tasks and working practices – including workarounds and barriers to AI adoption – and share findings as clear, actionable insights guiding decisions.
• Frame ambiguous challenges and shape an employee-centred AI experience direction aligning evidence with priorities for AI transformation.
• Map existing workflows and design improved ways of working across people, AI, systems and boundaries with clear responsibilities.
• Translate insights into experience principles, concepts, service blueprints and prototypes that are tangible and testable.
• Design and evaluate how employees work with AI – providing context, assessing outputs, correcting errors, and keeping appropriate control with technical experts.
• Facilitate workshops and decisions with business and technical stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and build agreement on priorities and next steps.
• Run focused experiments to evaluate usability, task outcomes, adoption and business value, refining the experience for delivery.
