Job summary

GN Group is seeking an AI Track Lead to steer AI experimentation across cross-functional pilot teams, ensuring momentum, learning, and timely decisions. You will own the process and cadence of AI experimentation, helping define problems, design experiments, and produce insights to guide decisions.

Reporting to the Head of AI Execution, this role requires strong facilitation and change-management skills. The position emphasizes structuring workshops, managing pilot execution, aligning resources

Qualifications

• Experience applying scrum and agile practices to structured work and sprint execution.
• Ability to drive AI experimentation and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect use cases to measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Structure and facilitate AI experimentation such as workshops, identify critical assumptions to make decisions.
• Manage the execution of pilot projects and plan and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Create clarity and alignment on data and resources and focus on using the OKR framework.
• Generate decision-ready learnings such as experiment results and synthesize insights and recommendations.
