Job summary

Orifarm is seeking an AI Business Partner to bridge business strategy and AI execution. You will uncover high-value AI opportunities, develop and prioritise roadmaps, and lead initiatives from concept to scalable adoption across the organization.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, governance and value realization, embedding AI into core processes to deliver measurable business impact. The role emphasises non-technical leadership with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, digital transformation, technology, innovation, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in business partnering, digital transformation, AI, portfolio management, consulting or cross-functional program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management skills and communication across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding AI opportunities and limitations in regulated, compliance-aware environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from ideation through adoption and embedding into workflows.
• Ensure local adherence to AI governance, compliance requirements and approved ways of working.
• Act as the primary link between business areas and the AI Office, signaling risks and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, training and demonstrations to accelerate adoption and learning.
• Track adoption, benefits and business impact, scaling solutions across teams.
