Job summary

MyDefence seeks an AI Implementation Lead to shape AI strategy, architecture and governance across the organization. You will develop tangible proof‑of‑concepts using leading platforms and drive responsible AI adoption in production environments.

The role spans data foundations, risk assessment, and collaboration with global teams to translate strategy into practical AI solutions that create real value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI solutions, including hands‑on PoCs.
• Experience with modern AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong data quality and governance understanding.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design AI strategy, target architecture, and governance framework.
• Translate strategy into concrete, deliverable initiatives.
• Build PoCs and move successful concepts toward production.
• Ensure data foundations are sound and analytics-empowered.
