Job summary

Orifarm is seeking an AI Business Partner to bridge business strategy and AI execution, uncover high‑value opportunities, and lead AI roadmaps from concept to scalable adoption. You will embed AI into core processes, drive measurable improvements in performance and efficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets.

You will join a team anchored in Orifarm’s AI Office, reporting to the Head of AI, and help translate priorities into AI standards while fostering a hands-on,

Qualifications

• Have a relevant higher education in business, digital transformation, technology, innovation, or a related field.
• Bring at least three years of relevant experience from business partnering, digital transformation, AI, portfolio management, consulting or cross‑functional program delivery.
• Have experience translating business priorities into concrete initiatives, business cases and implementation plans.
• Possess strong stakeholder management, project management skills and communication skills across operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Understand AI opportunities and limitations and have sound judgement in a regulated, compliance‑aware environment.
• Are structured, proactive, collaborative and focused on outcomes and measurable impact.
• Communicate proficiently in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases.
• Play an active part in driving initiatives end-to-end from ideation and scoping through implementation, adoption and workflow embedding.
• Ensure local adherence to AI governance, compliance requirements and approved ways of working, including risk reviews, exceptions and local signoffs.
• Act as the primary link between business areas and the AI Office, escalating risks, decisions and prioritization needs when required.
• Facilitate workshops, training, community sessions and demonstrations that accelerate adoption and continuous learning.
• Track and communicate adoption, benefits and business impact, and help scale successful solutions across relevant teams.
