Job summary

CIP Fund Solutions is seeking an AI Business Manager to join our Digital Development team in Copenhagen. You will bridge business priorities and AI capabilities across Investor, Investment, Fund & Investment Management, and Project lifecycles, driving value realization and responsible AI governance.

You will collaborate with lifecycle owners, product and delivery teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and embed AI into day-to-day processes while ensuring measurable outcomes and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with technology transformation, AI, data, automation or similar initiatives.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI opportunities and outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lifecycle owners and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Embed AI into core processes, products, and workflows and drive adoption across domains.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Ensure governance, risk, privacy and regulatory requirements are met in AI programs.
• Track AI adoption, measure value realization, and report performance to leadership.
