Qualifications

• Higher education in business, digital transformation, technology or related field.
• 3+ years in business partnering, digital transformation, AI, portfolio management, or cross-functional program delivery.
• Experience translating priorities into concrete initiatives, business cases and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and structure AI roadmaps, opportunity pipelines and business cases.
• Drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation and scoping through implementation and adoption.
• Ensure local adherence to AI governance, compliance and signoffs.
• Act as the primary link between business areas and the AI Office, escalating risks and decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, training and demonstrations to accelerate adoption.
• Track adoption and benefits, scaling successful solutions across teams.
