Job summary

Stibo Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in Aarhus to translate business needs into practical AI-enabled capabilities. You will work across data, analytics, integrations, and governance, collaborating with the AI Centre of Excellence and Process Excellence to unlock value from data and AI.

You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions, drive adoption, and establish reusable patterns while ensuring governance and security across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in business environments.
• Hands-on with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership from idea to implementation, delivering scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, automations, and agents.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and integrations specialists.
• Move initiatives from experimentation to operational use and measurable impact.
• Establish reusable AI patterns and best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to the continued development of Stibo Systems’ AI capabilities.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
