Stibo Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to turn business opportunities into scalable, AI-enabled capabilities. You will join the Data & Digitalization team in Aarhus, delivering value with AI across processes and information access.

In collaboration with the AI Centre of Excellence and Process Excellence, you’ll move initiatives from pilot to operation, shaping governance and responsible AI practices while advancing the company’s Data Strategy.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field – or bring equivalent practical experience.
• Have experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in business environments.
• Have hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Understand technologies and concepts such as LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership from idea to implementation and enjoy turning business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and uncover opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, automations, and agents.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and integration specialists to deliver scalable solutions.
• Move initiatives from experimentation to operational use and measurable impact.
• Establish reusable AI patterns and best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to the continued development of Stibo Systems’ AI capabilities and ways of working.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
