Job summary

Stibo Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to turn business opportunities into scalable, AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. The role is based in Aarhus with a hybrid work model and collaboration across data, analytics, and enterprise architecture teams.

You will design and deploy AI-enabled capabilities, work with APIs and integrations, and ensure governance and security are part of every solution. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in business environments.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to uncover opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and integration specialists.
• Move initiatives from experimentation to operational use with measurable impact.
• Establish reusable AI patterns and best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to ongoing AI capabilities and ways of working at Stibo Systems.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
