Job summary

Stibo Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to turn business opportunities into scalable, AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value. The role is based in Aarhus with a hybrid work model and collaboration across data, analytics, and enterprise architecture teams.

You will design and deploy AI-enabled capabilities, work with APIs and integrations, and ensure governance and security are part of every solution. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI-enabled solutions in business environments.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role

In this new role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, enhance decision‑making, and create measurable business value.

What you’ll do

• Analyze business processes and uncover opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered solutions, automations, and agents.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and integration specialists to deliver scalable solutions.
• Move initiatives from experimentation to operational use and measurable impact.
• Establish reusable AI patterns and best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to the continued development of Stibo Systems’ AI capabilities and ways of working.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI principles.

The Team

You will join our Data & Digitalization team based primarily in Aarhus, working alongside specialists in data, analytics, integrations, enterprise architecture, governance, and business enablement. Together with the AI Centre of Excellence and Process Excellence, we help the business unlock value from data, technology, and AI.

What you bring

• Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field – or bring equivalent practical experience.
• Have experience building and deploying software, automation, or AI‑enabled solutions in business environments.
• Have hands‑on experience with APIs, system integrations, Git, and modern software development practices.
• Understand technologies and concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership from idea to implementation and enjoy turning business needs into scalable solutions.
