Job summary

Visma e-conomic is redefining its pricing model as it shifts to an AI-first value-capture strategy. We seek a Strategy Consultant to own the commercial architecture of this transition and align product, finance and commercial teams to a new monetization framework.

You will drive strategic decision-making, define value metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives with autonomy from Copenhagen, collaborating with senior leadership to scale ARR while preserving margins.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience within pricing/monetization strategy, commercial strategy, management consulting, or as a Senior Business/Commercial Analyst in a high-growth SaaS platform or a high-volume recurring revenue setting.
• Solid understanding of recurring revenue models, value-based packaging, and the changing economics of digital transformation.
• Analytical muscles with data and financial modeling (sensitivity analysis, business casing) and ability to synthesize complexity into concise memos.
• Executive presence to challenge, align, and guide senior stakeholders through strategic transformations.
• Location in/near Copenhagen with on-site collaboration at Carlsberg Byen.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Decision-Making: Structure multi-variable commercial questions into clear, evidence-based decisions.
• Cross-Functional Implementation: Partner across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to translate strategy into execution.
• Experimental Rigor: Apply data-driven monetization with targeted experiments and customer insights.
