Job summary

MAP is seeking a proactive Strategy Consultant in Copenhagen to join our Value & Promotional Engineering team. You will work with global clients to articulate ROI, develop business cases, and shape financial models for digital marketing, loyalty, AI, and CRM investments.

You will collaborate with MAP’s strategy team and client stakeholders across marketing, sales, digital, and technology to deliver data-driven commercial strategies and executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance or related field.
• Experience working in global stakeholder environments.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business case and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience in financial modeling for loyalty programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, measurement frameworks, financial models, and KPI reporting.
• Lead creation of assets, tools, and methodologies advancing the discipline.
• Work with client stakeholders to define value architecture and goals, analyze data to build data-driven strategies.
• Craft and deliver presentations, roadmaps, and recommendations for executives.
• Lead workshops to identify value and strategic insights with clients.
• Promote value engineering adoption internally and externally.
• Support client teams and growth initiatives including account development.
