Job summary

VML is hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to join our agentic AI practice, collaborating with engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype demos and shape how AI consulting scales inside a global marketing agency.

You will translate client needs into high-impact briefs, contribute to pitches, spot opportunities, and build proof-of-concepts using Claude Code and other tools, while maintaining technical credibility across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience post-graduation.
• Hands-on with latest generation of AI tools.
• Curious and capable of prototyping to learn.
• Able to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pitch contribution - shape materials end-to-end with senior team members.
• Opportunity spotting - surface AI fits in current accounts.
• Technical credibility - be the go-to expert across disciplines.
• Hands-on prototyping - build proof-of-concepts pre-SOW.
• Delivery support - synthesize insights and prioritize use cases.
• Cross-functional navigation - coordinate across consultants, engineers, designers, and strategists.
